WHAT TO EXPECT

We understand that dealing with the aftermath of a loss can be a difficult process, which is why we are here to make it as easy as possible for you. Once we are assigned to your case, usually by your contractor or insurance company, we will reach out to you to schedule a short but informative discussion. During this conversation, we will take the time to understand your unique needs and concerns, and we will walk you through the claims process so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

Our goal is not only to cover your basic needs but also to provide you with the support and guidance you need during this challenging time. We want you to feel informed and empowered so that you can make the best decisions for your situation. Whether you have questions about our services, the claims process, or anything else related to your restoration needs, we are here to help. You can count on us to be there for you every step of the way.

When we arrive at your home, we will walk through each room with you to identify the areas that have been affected by the loss. We will take pictures of each room to document the damage and ensure we don't miss anything. After doing this, our team of experts will then carefully examine your soft goods, textiles, and garments to determine which items have been affected by the loss. We have a wide range of professional cleaning and dry cleaning services in house that can effectively remove odors, smoke, soot, mold, biohazards materials, and water damage from your belongings. We take great care in restoring your items to their pre-loss condition, and we will only charge you for the services that we can successfully perform.

Here is a list of the soft goods, textiles, and garments that we can professionally clean. If you do not see an item on here that you have a question about, please feel free to ask one of our experts!

Depending on the severity of the loss, there may be items that are beyond restoration. If this is the case, we will carefully itemize these "non-restorable" items for you and submit the list to your insurance company for the replacement value process. We understand that losing personal belongings can be difficult, which is why we take great care to document and itemize all non-restorable items.

Your A Ray Textiles expert will also ask if there are any items that need to be processed as a rush order, such as essential items for school, church, or work. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that you have access to the items you need as quickly as possible.

The remaining items that require professional cleaning services will be carefully removed from your home and brought back to you at a date that is coordinated by you, your contractor, and adjuster. We want to ensure that your items are returned to you in a clean and safe environment, so we will work with all parties to prevent any cross-contamination. Throughout the process, we will maintain an open line of communication with all parties to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service.
